What's inside

Seven ways to get there. Pick the ones that fit your channel.

STRATEGY 1
The core video

One video built to turn a viewer who just found you into a subscriber. The seven-part structure, step by step.

STRATEGY 2
Feed every video back to it

Every upload's end screen, card and first link pointed at the core video, so it never stops working.

STRATEGY 3
A format people subscribe to

What 25 channels that passed 1,000 subscribers inside two weeks have in common, on live data.

STRATEGY 4
Title first, proven topics

Write the promise before the video, modelled on titles that already won on channels your size.

STRATEGY 5
Ask once, ask properly

The one spoken ask that gets pressed, and the end screen and playlist settings most channels never set.

STRATEGIES 6 & 7
Shorts as a feeder. Borrow an audience.

Where Shorts help and where they cost you hours, and how the fastest ten per cent brought an audience with them.

Chapter 2

The number YouTube doubled is not the one that stops you.

Run the two sums for your own channel. For most channels the hours arrive with the subscribers, and the subscriber requirement did not move. Chapter 2 shows the arithmetic and chapter 13 turns it into a dated, week-by-week plan with the real deadline, which is December, not February.

Also inside

The run sheet, the scorecard, and the audit before you apply.

A dated 12-week plan from the week of 12 October to the last week of December. The five numbers to read in YouTube Studio every Sunday, with the pivot rule for each. The five things that get channels rejected instead of monetised. And the self-audit to run on the whole channel before you press apply.

Twelve weeks is enough, if you spend them on the right things.

The report is free. Read it this week, not in January.
